Isatu lives in an overcrowded community in the eastern part of Freetown, the capital city of Sierra Leone. The area does not have access to clean drinking water nor electricity. Isatu’s parents are low-income earners, her father is a laborer at a building company, and her mother is a housewife.
She is attending the St. Anthony Primary School, where she is in class one. Her favorite subject at school is Mathematics. Dancing is her hobby, and white is her favorite color.
Isatu dreams of becoming a teacher in the future. She wants to help her community by providing quality education.
